The hotel is in a wonderful location, making it easy to explore the old central area of Utrecht. The rooms are a good size and quite comfortable, but they could benefit from brighter lighting. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were ready and had all that I needed, with a comfortable kingsize bed that made my sleep superb. The service, despite seeming a little absent-minded due to understaffing, was still super friendly and responded brilliantly to all my requests. The location was excellent for exploring the city, right in the center of Utrecht with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was really good overall, although it could use some improvement. The facilities were great and added value to my stay.
